Saving trading history and reports for verification
From visible result to auditable record: period, tickets, costs and open risks.

Recording: Account, Server, Platform Build, Account Currency, Selected Period and Export Time. Another time window can remove deposits and withdrawals or individual closures from view. A report on completed operations does not automatically explain the entire risk of open positions.
Our documentation rule: Keep original export unchanged; create analyses in a copy. Pseudonymize public versions without tacitly changing the order or sums. Never leave access data in the export stock.
MT4: Use Account History
- Terminal → Open account history.
- In the context menu, select the desired period or the entire history.
- Use the report storage offered in the build; uniquely name the file by account alias and time period.
- Compare row number and first/last transaction with the visible selection.
- Document open positions and pending orders separately.
The account history is part of the terminal window. Check the specific report options of your build; a universal CSV button is not required here.
[UI4]MT5: Separate operations and report
MT5 history distinguishes orders and executions. For a reconstruction, receive the order, deal and position assignment. The current trade report also offers a graphic aggregation by result, symbols and risks, among other things. It is based on the chosen account; some representations require historical price data.

- Use appropriate detailed view and offered export function for the question.
- Open the additional report from the context menu or report view.
- Compare detail lines and metric definitions; an aggregated curve does not replace the transaction list.
Which lines and sizes belong together?

Avoid double deductions. If you calculate a sum yourself, first check on a single manageable transaction how the platform shows its fees.
Preserving additional evidence for execution enquiries
Editorial documentation recommendation: merge intended action, ticket, time with time zone, symbol, volume, desired price, actual execution, journal and then specification. For a price comparison, also identify the source and comparable price basis of the reference price.
A report documents the data status displayed by the system. It alone proves neither an external hedge nor that all presented market data are independently correct. Screenshots, raw data, contract documents and broker responses can explain different parts of the facts. Dossiers and Case Analysis →
